I have wanted to go to @ilovehikeinn for a long time. The perfect fall weather and gorgeous colors were such a gift. We started at the wondrous Amicolola Falls and hiked 5 mi up the mountain to reach the lodge. I was surprised we had cell service, but I decided to do a digital detox anyway. Between the joy of the supermoon, the sunrise, delicious food and indoor bathrooms, it was definitely my kind of "camping"

My brain is exploding, in the best way, after connecting with experts (I had only ever learned with virtually) at the 2025 ATNS conference on #neuroplasticpain and other #chronicdisease.
