What is the Combat Fitness Games?

It’s a non-contact combat fitness competition designed to test what you’re actually made of. We’ve built three distinct zones, each one pushing a different element of athletic performance.

Speed - Reaction time, agility, raw pace. You’ll face a reaction wall, sprint in a straight line, and navigate directional changes. Every millisecond counts.

Power - Pure power output. Punch power, kick power, sandbag lifts for reps. We’re measuring how hard you can hit and how much you can move.

Endurance. A 20-minute fitness test that combines multiple workouts back-to-back. This is where mental toughness meets physical conditioning.

Complete all three zones and you don’t just walk away—you get ranked. Your personalised athlete card tracks your performance across every metric. You’ll see exactly where you stand on our leaderboard, how you stack up against other competitors, and what to train on next.

Whether you’re a boxer, BJJ fighter, fitness athlete, or just someone who wants to test themselves in a real competition format, this is it. No gimmicks. Just honest performance data and a community of athletes pushing their limits.
