Here’s how to find the best way to cool down in this heat. Paletas are across from Between two Bridges, next to the cocktail pop up, Thirsty Farrier. taken in Southbank London by @paletasuk

This week would have been Paletas 5th Glastonbury, and although I know we would have powered through the heat, as the team did this week in the kitchen to make sure all the stockists received their orders because the Paletas crew are THE BEST!!! Thank goodness we aren’t in tents. Glasto 2027 is going to be 🔥 and will include the whole team! by @paletasuk

It’s 30 degrees. Some of you looked at that and thought:

“Yeah, I fancy some fried chicken.”

Fair play.

At this point, a @paletasuk ice lolly is basically a necessity.
