Pallet beer is available beyond the taproom! Enjoy a pint or pick up a four-pack at one of these restaurants and stores.

We’re continuing to expand our distribution and adding new locations each month. If you have a lead or want to sell our beer, please reach out to Mike at sales@palletbrewing.com. by @palletbrewing

Hello! As we gear up for Pallet’s one year anniversary party, we wanted to (re)introduce ourselves. We are Jesse & Eric McGowan, owners of Pallet Brewing Company. We live in Maplewood with our two kids, and we opened Pallet in 2025 both out of a desire to brew great beer and to create a community space in our neighborhood. This past year has been a wild ride, and we have learned so much along the way. A huge thank you to our families, friends, colleagues, and community partners that have supported and shown up for as we’ve gotten our little business off the ground. We could not have done it without you. Cheers!

Open Turntables at @palletbrewing is back on Sunday October 11th ... All vinyl, all DJs and styles welcome.

My co-host @gatheringoftribes and I have been hosting these monthly events since Pallet Brewing opened last year. We have seen some of New Jersey's finest DJs and a lot of local talent. It's a great time for any music fans, and there's a trio of Octoberfest beers to try.

There's a fresh pile of vinyl in the Free Box, anyone is welcome to come dig for free and build their vinyl collection. The vinyl box is sponsored by @somasoundsrecords thank you for supporting the #vinylcommunity
