It’s time for a long overdue meet the team post! Behind the scene of every Palm & Pine wedding is this trio running on coffee, timelines, and pure talent. Bre, the spreadsheet queen. If it’s not in the timeline, it doesn’t exist. Knows where everyone needs to be at 3:47 PM and will absolutely find the missing boutonnière. Shauna, the design brain. Can look at an empty room and say, “Trust me.” Somehow turns vague Pinterest boards into something that looks intentional (and stunning if I do say so myself). Meghan, the calm one. When things get chaotic, this is the voice saying, “We’ve got it.” Professional problem solver. Part-time therapist. Born to do this. With over 40 years (geesh) collectively in this industry, we’ve seen it all and learned from it (most importantly), and we genuinely love what we do. Even after 14-hour wedding days. If you’ve worked with us, you already know. If you haven’t… you’re in very good hands. Today’s dream Suzanne Neville bride is Kendall, who chose Eternelle from @alittlesomethingwhitebridal for her beautiful, bright and colourful wedding at the gorgeous Southern California private estate, @rancholaslomas 🌸🍸✨🌴 — what a VIBE! “From the very beginning, I had such a clear vision of what I was looking for. At every appointment, I found myself describing the same dream dress, down to the smallest details. Then Eternelle was released, and there it was: the dress I had been describing all along. I immediately texted my hometown bridal shop, and your team so kindly arranged to have Eternelle sent to @alittlesomethingwhitebridal early so I could try her on. The moment I put her on, it felt less like I had found my wedding dress and more like my wedding dress had finally found me. It was everything I had imagined, down to the very last detail. Truly, it felt meant to be. Thank you for making my wedding day so special! My gown is a cherished heirloom I plan to hold onto forever.” Kendall ✨ Captured perfectly by @picsbycamjae | Planner @palmandpineevents | Florist @mauveroots | Hair @BippityBopityBeauty | Beauty @faceartbypheebs #suzanneneville by @palmandpineevents

Dare I say it… I may prefer serpentine rounds over rectangular serpentine tables. I loved watching every detail of Sierra & Duke’s wedding day come together. Even though the wind was absolutely not our friend, and quite literally every detail had to be glued, taped, or secured down, it was all worth it. Such a beautiful day for the sweetest couple. Feeling incredibly lucky to work with the best clients on earth. 🤍 @palmandpineevents @falknerwinery_weddings @mtphotoco @soundwavepros @sweetpeafloralcreations @slateandbrush @rickyspartyrentals @archiverentals @Brivbrides @ridemagicshuttle @thesocialclub.xx by @palmandpineevents

Samantha & Robert’s wedding day at @monserateweddings was such a special one thanks to the sweetest clients of all time. It’s also such a joy to work with a vendor team filled with creatives who truly love their craft & just pour out kindness and warmth onto the day.
