You've probably seen polyvagal theory all over your feed lately — and whether the science is still being debated, one thing most people agree on is that the body needs more than a mental pep talk to release stress.

Stress settles into the body — in the shoulders, the jaw, the chest — and it responds to something older and more direct than willpower.

Paloma's sound healing session inside the Practice Library uses crystal singing bowls and Koshi chimes to create the kind of sustained resonance that invites the body to release what it has been holding.

No effort required, just the willingness to be still and let sound do what sound has always done.

Whatever the research ultimately confirms, sitting with sound and breath has helped people find stillness for thousands of years. That part has never been controversial.

Resueño presents Madre by @palomadevi. This album is a culmination of her devotional journey in honor of the Great Mother and her own path as a mother and yogini. These songs were all written and inspired by the children she has been blessed to bring to this earth or take care of. Her vision is that all who listen to this will feel embraced and held by the Love of the Mother.

Trancendance Reflections by Wryn Magdalyn

Thank you doesn’t come close to conveying the immense gratitude I feel for what just happened. Many came up to me and said, “Wow! You did it!” and to each I responded, “No, We did it!”

To be a part of such an incredible, multi-generational community of musicians, artists, builders, cooks, elders, dancers, teachers, and more, is such a dream. Together we build the rainbow bridge and together we dance into the paradise of our making.

Magic is real, folks! If you can dream it - and keep at it - it can happen! Right on time - not a moment before or after!

I have about 2T of footage to review, edit and share at the right and perfect time and many folks to connect with for reflections on what we can do better next year… because yes, Goddess willing and the creek don’t rise - there will be a :

Trancendance 2.0 - right after the summer lunar eclipse, August 18-22 : Save the Date!
