Brodie Div 1 Final was crazy! Battled back from down 20 to win in the final! A lot of fun hooping with these guys this summer! Brought me back to when I was young and falling in love with the game! Nothing like it 🖤 And I hope I showed some of yall that coach can still go a little bit and don’t have to hear anything about only playing against cones 😂

Playing against them keeps me present. It forces me to react in real time, trust my instincts, and stay mentally sharp. There’s no pause button out there… just reads, reactions, and growth.

It also builds a different level of respect. They see the standard up close, feel the pace, and understand what it really takes.

Iron sharpens iron. I’m pushing them, and they’re pushing me right back.

That’s how we grow.

Went to the gym to train my daughter and ended up in a fun battle with a college hooper😂! Always fun testing my instincts against quick, talented, live competition!

Even more excited to announce that @tj_press will be helping out at sessions whenever I’m unavailable!

Looking forward to having him bring his energy, experience, and skills to the gym. 🔥
