⚠️ Warning: This is one conversation people aren't ready to haveOne misconception about the work that I do is that if a baby isn't registered and given a birth certificate that they are at risk. We've genuinely been taught to believe that registration is protection.But let me tell you something... this is a complete illusion. In reality, these kids that go missing every year were all registered.They had birth certificates.Their registration did not protect them.In fact, in many ways it put them at risk. It actually makes your child a ward of the state, and it makes you a PARENT (a PAIR that RENTS).
