Spring Swing!

Real change starts with real connection. Serving on the Board and mentoring through the Dare to Dream program with Atlanta Angels, has been a powerful reminder that showing up for someone (love) can truly change lives. It’s an honor to walk alongside foster youth with Atlanta Angels.

We’d love for you to come be part of our community — join us for a fun day at the Braves Spring Swing!

In honor of National Foster Care Month, we're excited for our first community-wide event at the Atlanta Braves game on May 25!

In line with our mission of supporting the foster care community, we are excited to provide tickets to this event to all of our foster families at no cost.

Donate here to cover a ticket for a child or caregiver ($30 each).

Link: https://atlantaangels.app.neoncrm.com/forms/spring-swing-donations

All tickets include a t-shirt, ticket to the game, access to participate in our on-field parade prior to the game, a special visit from Blooper to our section, access to our Atlanta Angels sensory rooms within the stadium, and some special surprises!

My heart is so full! ❤️

I was recently matched with an amazing young woman through Atlanta Angels, a nonprofit that supports foster youth by walking alongside the youth and families. I couldn’t be more excited. From the moment we met, I could tell she’s eager to learn, grow, and build something really special—and I’m so grateful to be part of her journey.

This is what it’s all about—showing up, making a connection, and being there for each other. I’m looking forward to seeing how our relationship grows and the impact we’ll have on each other’s lives.

If you’ve ever thought about getting involved in a young person’s life in a meaningful way, check out @atlanta_angels angels. It’s truly something special. 💛😇

I’ve always believed that when we come together, amazing things happen. ✨ After 26 years in real estate, I’ve seen just how powerful connection can be. Whether in business, neighborhoods, or everyday life, it’s the people around us who make all the difference. ❤️🏡

At its heart, Coffee Connections is about the power of human connection—how one story, one act of kindness, or one conversation can spark change. ☕💡

Each week, I’ll be sitting down with inspiring people—from local business owners to community leaders to everyday heroes—people who are shaping the future of Atlanta in the best ways possible. 🌟🏙️

Do you know someone who deserves to be recognized? A story that needs to be told? Drop their name in the comments, DM me, or just send a few words of encouragement—I’d love to hear from you! 💬👇

📅 Mark your calendars, set your reminders, and get ready to kick off your Tuesday mornings with Coffee Connections. 🎙️☕

🏠 40% of homes didn’t sell last month. Yep, it’s true. And here’s what’s happening:

Sellers:
💸 High prices work in your favor—median sales price is $450,000—but overpricing is a dealbreaker.
✨ Staging isn’t optional anymore. It’s how you grab buyer attention and stand out.

Buyers:
🔑 With 9,000 homes on the market, sellers are feeling the pressure.
📉 Over 51% of sellers are dropping prices, giving YOU the chance to negotiate.
⏳ Homes are sitting for 46 days, so you’ve got time to make the right move.

💬 Let’s talk about your next move—whether buying or selling. DM me today to get started!
