I’m SO PROUD of our son for conquering this reverse incline climb today (climbing while hanging partly upside down)! He graduated yesterday & today he’s already working toward his next goals.

This boy. He’s been through so much, but as a result, he made deep choices about the person he was going to be, and he’s AMAZING. He’s kind, loyal, loving, funny, thoughtful & perceptive. And DETERMINED. When he decides to accomplish something, he keeps going until he does it.

There’s so much of Kieran’s heart in this moment. And I LOVED his own joy & pride in himself at the top of this climb.

Go get it all, sweet buddy boy. We believe in you. 💙💙💙💙
