At some point, I had a very simple thought. I want to literally wear the Kingdom. So I started looking.

I found Christian apparel with beautiful messages, powerful verses, bold statements, and a lot of inspiration, but I couldn't find what felt like me.

I was looking for something minimal, simple, thoughtful, subtle. Something meaningful without being excessive, something I could wear on an ordinary day.

I didn't want to shout, I wanted to carry meaning. And eventually, I stopped looking for it. I started imagining it.

That was the beginning of Live Scriptora.

Some names are created in a branding meeting. Ours was born in prayer.

Before Live Scriptora existed, my family and I spent days praying about the name. We knew what we wanted the brand to represent. Something simple, minimal, meaningful. A way to carry God's Word wherever life takes us.

Then, during a sermon at our local church, the answer came: The message was about how God's Word changes us. It was based on 2 Timothy 3:16. And suddenly, the idea became clear.

Scripture Alive.

The Word of God was never meant to remain confined to a page, it was meant to be alive, present, changing us, going with us.

Through a simple play on words, Live Scriptora was born. And that will always be part of the heart behind this brand.

For years, I understood myself through the roles I carried. A daughter, a wife, a mother, a friend, and a professional. All of those things were real, they still are.

But somewhere along the way, I began asking a question I didn't know how to answer. Who am I without everything I do? It took me years to understand something that now feels simple: My roles are part of my life, but they are not the foundation of my identity.

Before anything else, I am a daughter of God — deeply loved, fully forgiven, saved by grace, and still learning.

Still growing. Still becoming. And strangely enough, that question eventually became part of the story behind Live Scriptora.

This is where I begin.

Why CHOSEN?

There was a time when I thought I had to be more, do more, and get everything right to feel like I was enough and maybe you know that feeling, too.

The pressure to prove yourself. The fear of falling short. The quiet exhaustion of trying to hold everything together while wondering if you’re really becoming the person you’re meant to be. But God kept bringing me back to one truth: I was never asked to earn His love. I was chosen by grace. Loved before I had it all figured out. Called His, even in the middle of becoming.

That’s why I chose this word: CHOSEN isn’t about being better than someone else. It’s about knowing Whose you are. It’s a reminder that my worth isn’t defined by my achievements, my mistakes, other people’s opinions, or the seasons when life feels uncertain.

My identity begins with Him. And if there’s one thing I hope this collection reminds you of, it’s this: You don’t have to prove your worth to the One who already calls you His.

You are chosen. You are loved. You belong to Him.

God didn’t love the world from a distance. He loved us so deeply that He gave what was most precious to Him: His only Son. And perhaps what moves me most about this verse is this: God’s love was never a reward for what I could do. It flows from who He is.

Before I understood, He loved me. Before I got it right, His grace was already reaching for me. Before I knew how to find my way back, He had already made a way. Jesus didn’t come because we deserved Him. He came because God is love. A holy, sacrificial love that never compromises truth, yet offers redemption to everyone who believes. And when I think about this, I realize that the cross isn’t simply proof that God loves me. It’s an invitation to stop trying to earn a love that grace has already given.

I am loved. You are loved. And that love has a name: Jesus.

May we never grow accustomed to John 3:16. May we never read these words without remembering the sacrifice, the surrender, and the hope we have in Him, because the Gospel begins with God’s love and finds its response in a heart that chooses to believe.

“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” — John 3:16

I grew up surrounded by faith. My parents gave me a beautiful example of humility, honesty, hard work and trust in God. But eventually, inherited faith has to become personal.

For me, that happened slowly, through questions, through study, through learning to understand Scripture in its context. And through getting to know the character of Jesus.

I wasn't looking for another religious routine. I wanted to understand, and then something changed: scripture stopped feeling distant, It became present, It followed me into motherhood, marriage, work., difficult decisions, ordinary days. And eventually, I began asking a different question: "What does this truth mean for the life I'm living today?"

That question changed everything.

Moving to another country changed more than my address, my career changed, my financial independence changed, my parents were far away. I didn't know many people.

I was raising young children in a country where I barely spoke the language. And then the world stopped. COVID happened.

For a while, I thought what I needed was to get my old life back, my work. my independence, my sense of accomplishment, and eventually, I did. But I learned something uncomfortable, sometimes, we work incredibly hard to become ourselves again without asking whether the version of ourselves we're trying to recover was ever meant to define us in the first place.

I don't regret working.

I don't regret building.

I don't regret dreaming.

But I learned that achievement is a terrible place to build an identity, because everything around us can change, and eventually, we still have to answer: "Who am I now?"

Feliz vida, lindo.
