44 looks good on me!!! 🥂✨ A lot has happened this past 12 months — Lots… Good, bad and in between. A glimpse of the past 12 Chapters to get here… 📖📖 lessons learned, growth, and stepping into a whole new era. I’m slowly learning to choose more peace, embrace more love, protect my energy, and nurture the relationships that truly matter. Here’s to growing through what I go through, appreciating how far I’ve come, all the things I’m grateful for and all the achievements I’ve made and welcoming this next chapter with an open heart and a clearer mind. ❤️✨ by @pammy_denise

Celebrating another year with this absolute A Team before the descent into Homebush madness. None of us could do it alone…… stoked to have this team selflessly guiding our members and giving their time to help our club prosper. Team Wally Point 2026. This year’s been tough. But we’ve been tougher 🫶🏻 #wallarahpoint #wallarahpointphysie #physicalculture #bjp_physie Wallarah Point Physie is proudly sponsored by @wyongleagues @heritage.realestate @the.fox.group & @archers.emergency.plumbing taken in 8 at Trinity by @pammy_denise

Always late to the grid of late… BUT- Better late than never!! Got to watch 2 of my best boxing girl pals kill it a couple of weeks ago!! Both took out the WBA Oceania Titles in separate weight divisions! So cool to have some of our other long time boxing girls ringside altogether!!! From the Amateurs to the Pro’s and everything in between!!! 🥊🥊🥊 @saramej @skyefalzon @shanelldargan @_jessmessina by @pammy_denise

Who wore it best?! If there was a prize for best dressed in the men’s marching today / it would have gone to Mitch for his iconic rendition of physie legend @maureensummons We thought Mauz had gotten back on the floor for a hot second! by @pammy_denise

Our members put on a stunning display of physie yesterday at their Zone Champion Lady. Proud of every single one of them. 3 of them brand new to physie this year and getting out there in the beginners section 👏🏻 Special mention to Helen & Kerryn for making the final in their sections and to Courtney who took 6th place in the Open Ladies U33 less than 8 weeks after giving birth. You are incredible and we can’t wait to watch you at ladies nationals ❤️ #wallarahpointphysie #wallarahpoint #bjp_physie Wallarah Point Physie is proudly sponsored by @wyongleagues @heritage.realestate @the.fox.group & @archers.emergency.plumbing taken in Niagara Park Stadium by @pammy_denise

Bittersweet moment as her last year at junior zone before she goes into the seniors!!! Spent with a bunch of girls from different clubs but still also so kind and friendly and have good sportsmanship between each other!
