The pain condition that defiantly changed my life #crps after smashing my ankle joint into prices, shin bone too but with some ankle stuck up in it 🤣 for an ankle thats never supposed to give way ( it still does ) 🤣

- my parasympathetic nervous system got disrupted and to help ive had nerve injections to kill the pain off but it still appears with pain that makes me feel like its broken all over again!

But the gym has helped me conquer this because its a safe space to focus, a safe space to push beyond limits.

The thing of the more you force yourself to do on it the better it gets rather then loosing more ROM, control and pain worsening

ive always enjoyed the gym, ive trained maui Thai, boxing, powerlifting, strong women even 5 hours of cardio in a pudsey costume 🤣 yes thats me and my mate in pink panther 😭🤣

Blast from the past
