this one is different:
some of you have been patiently waiting for the reveal, and yes… it took a little longer than expected. but sometimes the best things take time. ❤️

this flower is a little different from everything i’ve made before.
i didn’t follow a pattern.
i didn’t write anything down.
i had ideas and took inspiration from online and everywhere, and simply started crocheting.

i honestly couldn’t tell you exactly how i made every part of her now. no notes, no instructions, no pattern.

she exists only because i kept trying until she felt right.

and somehow, she became my project for this milestone:
seeing this community grow to 1000+ people has been such a lovely surprise. this community is so supercool. you are supercool. and i‘m so happy to be part of this.

this flower is my little thank you.

for every like.
every comment.
every kind word.
and for every one of the 1000+ of you who decided to stay.

it’s easy to admire a finished piece.

i see the hundreds of tiny decisions that brought it to life.
every stitch. every shape.

i’ve always been fascinated by this part instead:
some yarn. separate pieces.
and a character that only exists in my head.

watching something slowly become someone will never stop feeling like magic to me.

the finished piece will be beautiful.

but the process… is something special.
