Have you ever attended a music festival and not seen a single set?

Because I have. 😂

Not one artist. Not one performance. I didn’t even see a stage 😂

I did, however, attend several very exclusive sets featuring industrial exhaust fans, clanging pots, chopping boards and the occasional chef yelling for something that was needed five minutes ago.

Front row seats. All-access pass. Uninterrupted performances.

My personal favourite was the 3 AM to 7 AM transition from late-night room service to breakfast prep. Truly an unforgettable lineup. 😂

Every now and then, I’d catch a glimpse of the actual festival and remember that there were thousands of people outside having a completely different experience of the same event.

And you know what?

I wouldn’t trade mine.

Because somewhere between the madness, the laughter, the exhaustion and the people I got to share it with, I had my own version of a pretty incredible festival.

Different stages. Different headliners. Same adrenaline.

10/10 would attend again.

Might even catch a set next time. 😂❤️

LOOOOOOK what we did! And how!

3 months of planning.
5 NO SLEEP days.
3 × 24-hour services.
4 F&B verticals.
My team of 60 people.
9 WhatsApp groups.
Countless curveballs.

And somehow… we pulled the whole damn thing off.

Casa Bacardi, Dehradun. ♥️

Two days of absolute MADNESS with Bacardi and WMS, away from our home ground, running in-room dining through the day and night, breakfast for 350 people each morning, 500 + crew & artist meals daily, and a little piece of Kona transported all the way from GK2 to the hills of Dehradun.

Months of spreadsheets, menus, tastings, hiring, logistics, equipment, quantities, 3 reccees and contingency plans for contingency plans went into getting us there.

And then you get on ground and realise not everything will go as per your plan or your plan B or plan C.

So you pivot. And then you pivot some more.

You sleep wherever you find ten minutes, drink an unreasonable amount of coffee, forget what day it is and keep feeding people.

This was one of the most physically and mentally demanding events I’ve taken on. And one of the most satisfying.

Because somewhere in the madness, 60 people became one team. People jumped sections, picked up for each other and solved problems.

And seeing KONA sitting in the middle of Casa Bacardi? 🤌🏾🥹

There are events you finish and think, “That went well.”

And then there are the ones you walk away from thinking:

Fuck. We actually did that.

To every single person who was part of these five mad days, thank you. ♥️

I genuinely wanted to gatekeep this place.

About 70 minutes from Phuket, tucked away in Khao Lak, sitting right at the tip of a cape, with water on both sides I found this tiny boutique hotel surrounded by green, sea and basically…NOTHING 😂

And I LOVED IT.

First things first, this is not your typical resort, so don’t come here expecting 300 rooms, five restaurants, a giant breakfast buffet and someone planning activities for you every hour.

It’s small. It’s intimate. It’s quiet. And that’s precisely what makes it so special.

Our room opened out onto the most ridiculous view. There’s basically nothing immediately around you, but you can walk along the beach, clamber over some rocks and find restaurants nearby. Memories Beach is on the other side too.

And then there is THAT POOL.

Beautiful during the day and at night it turns into a fucking galaxy. I mean LOOK AT IT???

There were giant lizards. There was the sea. There were rock-climbing missions for food. There was a lot of doing absolutely nothing.

I genuinely wasn’t going to tell you where this was.

Then I thought about it.

This is a small, independently owned business and the owners spent 10 YEARS building this place.

Ten years of dreaming, building, figuring shit out and putting everything into creating something of your own.

And if anyone understands what that means, I do.

Small businesses need people to discover them. To talk about them. To tell their friends when they find something special.

So no, I’m not going to gatekeep.

But I’m also not making it that easy 😂

I went to Ranthambore expecting a few days away. I came back with so much more.

After weeks of running on adrenaline, it felt almost unfamiliar to wake up without a hundred things demanding my attention. To sit by a lake and watch the sun go down. To eat without rushing. To laugh over absolutely nothing with @esha.tiwari and @ayesha.parikh

Brij Tara gave us all of that. Beautiful spaces, wonderful food, a little adventure, a lot of laughter, and the kind of hospitality that makes you feel genuinely looked after.

But the most beautiful part of this trip wasn’t something I photographed.

It was the women I met.

Women I arrived as strangers with and left knowing I’d found friendships I’ll appreciate for the rest of my life. There’s something quite extraordinary about finding your people when you weren’t even looking for them.

A huge thank you to the entire @brijhotels team for making these few days so special. And especially to Priya and Satyendra, who took such incredible care of us, entertained our sometimes ridiculous requests, and somehow made everything happen with a smile. You two were absolute stars. To @thesuryanshthakur for so generously sharing his knowledge about the animal and plant kingdom. @_lucky.kr and @nityyaa_khanna for alll the coordinating and buggy sending 😂

I arrived needing a break. I left with a full heart.

And that, to me, is the best kind of travel.

Fave time of the year is the Apple Showcase. This time was absolutely MIND BLOWING, with the new iPhone Duo, the even more advanced iPhone 18 pro, upgraded ceramic Apple Watch and the live translating, noise cancelling AirPods 5.

When I am trusted around so many shiny things I naturally touch everything. 😂

Can’t wait to start using my new goodies to shoot ALLLL the food, doggos and travels! ♥️ love being part of the @apple fam 🥰
