AIDA Thailand Freediving Pool Championship 2025 เปิดประสบการณ์การลงแข่งครั้งแรกของส้ม
ส้มเลือกที่จะลงแข่ง static apnea (STA) อย่างเดียว
ก่อนแข่งตั้งใจไว้ว่า 5 นาที คือเป้าหมาย ถ้าเกินกว่านั้นถือว่าได้กำไร และถ้าแตะ 6 นาที จะหยุด เพราะอยากสำเร็จแบบมีสติ ไม่อยากฝืนจนหมดแรง จริงๆก็ไม่รู้ว่าจะถึง 6 นาทีรึป่าว แต่ตั้งไว้ก่อน 😉

วันจริง ทุกอย่างเป็นไปตามเป้า ส้มหยุดที่ 6:02 นาที ได้ White Card และที่สำคัญที่สุด…นี่คือ Thailand National Record (Women) 🎉 โคตรดีใจ เกินฝันมาก

จริงๆฟรีไดฟ์ไม่ใช่การแข่งกับใคร แต่คือการแข่งกับใจตัวเอง
การควบคุมความคิดและอารมณ์ — ต้องรับมือกับสัญญาณของร่างกาย ความกลัว ความอยากโผล่ขึ้นมาหายใจ และอยู่กับมันให้ได้
สำหรับส้ม ความสำเร็จครั้งนี้ไม่ใช่แค่ตัวเลข แต่มันคือการพิสูจน์ว่า ฉันสามารถควบคุมจิตใจให้อยู่กับปัจจุบัน อยู่กับลมหายใจสุดท้ายก่อนลง และปล่อยให้ร่างกายทำงานอย่างสงบ
