there’s nothing wrong with wanting to feel confident in your own skin. but staying active has so much more to offer than what we see in the mirror🪞

as summer comes to a close, our vp of personal development wants us to remember that movement isn’t just about chasing a certain look. staying active can improve your mood, reduce stress, strengthen your body, and help you build a healthier future. most importantly, it should be something that brings you joy, not something driven by comparison.

this spring, boise state panhellenic reached a major milestone by fully endowing the panhellenic endowed scholarship.

created to make the sorority experience more accessible, this scholarship supports panhellenic women who have made meaningful contributions to their chapters and our community. thanks to the support of alumni, parents, friends, and community members, this fund will create opportunities for generations of panhellenic women to come.

the biggest regrets usually come from the chances we never took🦋

it’s easy to get caught up in the what ifs before recruitment. what if i don’t fit in? what if i don’t know anyone? what if i end up disappointed? but what if you find your best friends? what if you discover a place where you’re truly valued? what if one decision changes your entire college experience?

don’t let fear write your story before it even begins. be courageous enough to take the chance, trust yourself, and stay open to the possibilities ahead. sometimes the things that scare us the most end up becoming the things we’re most grateful for!!
