I actually have so many quilts right now. Hoping to make quilt coats out of the bottom one? I’m currently creating totes out of the squares. No idea what to do with the one I found in the literal trash. Then rectangles will be mended and re-homed. And there are a few baby/pet sized thrifted ones on top. Rescued a few antique quilts from the thrift. Both are 70s polyester! I’m going to fix up the rectangle patchwork, it is in good shape just some moth holes. The squares might end up being small baby/pet quilts! I’ll likely need to re-piece many of the squares, as a lot are loose, but I’m hoping to keep the og layout. Come with me while I dissect all these tees for recycling! Big strips will become rugs or trivets, little strips will be coasters or dollhouse rugs. I use the letters in my ransom note tees and patches, and all the teeny tiny pieces become confetti which is sewn under tulle for a cool texture!
