Funk Roll

The Funk Roll is one of the most effective ways to reverse a double leg after you’ve already been taken down. By using your opponent’s momentum instead of fighting against it, you can turn the scramble around and come back on top—a technique that’s been proven at the highest level of MMA.

MMA is about being a COMPLETE fighter! 🥊🔥 Boxing, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Wrestling, Jiu-Jitsu, Judo. it’s not about mastering just one discipline, it’s about bringing them ALL together and knowing when to use them!

Today, the champ 🏆 @jamesonreddotmma got some quality rounds in with amateur boxer @achilles_122 . Big respect to @coach_mike_diaz for bringing him through!

Different disciplines. Different styles. ONE GOAL… KEEP EVOLVING! 💯

DON’T BE SCARED!
YOU TALK IT. WE LIVE IT! 🎯
