I imagine this would be my life if we lived in Orlando. Get off of work, head to one of the parks, get something to drink and eat, find a bench and just hang out! ☺️ taken in EPCOT by @paohaggi

I enjoyed catching up with @powerhouseandco CEO @kristindaher for a belated celebration of the completion of her agency's first decade in business! 👏 🎉

Kristin was a core member of my @integritypublicrelations team back in the day when she was one of my tech PR superstars! It was great reconnecting and swapping stories about the "fun" and challenges of starting and growing a public relations agency. 😎

Congratulations on your company's first 10 years, Kristin! 🙌👏 I'll be sure not to miss your 20-year anniversary party! 😉

Thank you for your friendship! I'm proud to know you and am thrilled to see all of the positive contributions that you're making to the public relations industry! 🤩

When my students signed up for a YEAR-LONG Bateman Competition capstone course, I promised them something in return: opportunities to learn from some of the most creative, successful, and inspiring PR professionals I know. 😀

Today, I brought in one of the best! 🙌

A huge THANK YOU to @mrtodaygroup owner of TO'DAY Group PR and the "Big-Idea Guy," for spending time with my two @csufprssa Bateman Competition teams! 👏

Tim is one of the most creative people I know, and his enthusiasm, ideas, and insights were exactly what I wanted our students to experience as they prepare to compete nationally. 💡

The best part of being a professor is connecting students with professionals who are willing to invest their time and talent in the next generation. 🤩

Thanks, Tim, for sharing your creative energy and giving back to the students and our profession! 👏

From student to guest speaker! 🎓👏

What a pleasure to welcome my former student Aaron Gutierrez (CSUF Class of 2019) back to the classroom today!

Aaron is now the Director of Communications for @alzorangecounty and he returned to share his experiences and career advice with the students in my Principles and Ethics of Public Relations class.

He gave students a great look at nonprofit PR, where storytelling, community relationships, fundraising, and strategic communications all come together to make a real difference.

Loved one of his key takeaways: "Good marketing is good storytelling." 💯

One of the best parts of teaching is seeing former students thrive professionally and come back to help the next generation succeed.

Thanks, Aaron, for giving back and making your first appearance as a guest speaker in my class! Proud of you! 👏

Congratulations to Master Chief Brian Brannon on retiring after 24+ years of dedicated service to our country! 🇺🇸🫡

When I became a Navy officer in 2008, my recruiter gave me one piece of advice: “Find a good chief who can show you the ropes.” Lucky for me, I found one of the best!

Brian helped me make the transition from Air Force enlisted to Navy officer, becoming not just a trusted mentor, but a lifelong friend. I owe much of my success as a Navy officer to his guidance, wisdom, and friendship. 🙏

It was an honor to celebrate his retirement today and reconnect with so many incredible shipmates. Days like this remind me just how much I miss the camaraderie, friendships, and people who made my Navy career so special.

Fair winds and following seas, Master Chief! Thank you for everything! ⚓️🇺🇸 taken in USS Midway Museum by @paohaggi

Congratulations, joyce, on completing another trip around the sun! 🎉

Thank you for everything you do for the kids and me (and Lily) on a daily basis. I’m sure it seems like sometimes (often?) we don’t appreciate all that you do, but the truth of the matter is that everything would fall apart if you weren’t organizing and handling everything! 😬

I hope you are having a great birthday, and sorry that nobody is around tonight to celebrate (except for Lily)! 😁 by @paohaggi
