🍂🍂🍂 WELCOME TO LIBRA SEASON - As the Sun moves into Libra, we enter a time of balance, beauty, connection and reflection.

#paoloreflex #libraseason #zodiacarchives #moonmistagram #zodiac

Libra reminds us that harmony isn’t about keeping the peace at any cost. It’s about knowing what to invite closer, what to soften, and what to let go.

A little more beauty. A little more intention. A little more room for each other.

🍂🍂🍂Today marks the Autumn Equinox, a moment of balance as day and night meet once again.

A gentle reminder to pause, release what no longer needs to be carried, and welcome the turning of the season with intention.

May this new chapter bring clarity, quiet growth and space for what lies ahead.

Happy Autumn Equinox, from us to you.

🌙 MOON ARCHIVE 002 - The Moon before the light returns.

There could be no glorious Full Moon without the darkness of the New Moon.

One is visible, radiant and impossible to miss.
The other disappears from sight, quietly marking the beginning of a new cycle.

Just like day & night, we need both: the light that reveals, and the darkness that makes space for what comes next.

Back in the day, reflexology was all about easing physical complaints. However, increasingly, reflexologists are focusing on emotional healing. Many therapists now believe trauma can be reflected physically in the body, showing up as stress and anxiety, digestive problems, insomnia or chronic fatigue. But could it really be soothed by a prod of your feet? Could an hour with a reflexologist succeed where years of therapy might fail?

I booked in with @paolo.reflex to find out. He’s treated a swathe of celebrities (Lisa Snowdon, Holly Willoughby, Tamzin Outhwaite and Kate Thornton rave about him; he’s even ‘done’ Cher’s feet) but he’s not remotely ‘starry’.

What can I say? It was totally delicious but it felt as much like counselling as bodywork. It’s much easier to open up while reclining in a reflexology chair than face-to-face in a counsellor’s office – the lack of eye-to-eye contact makes it feel far less exposing and confrontational. Despite my determination not to talk, Paolo was so kind and non-judgmental that it felt like chatting to an old friend. Over the days that follow my session my body feels easier and I find myself breathing more deeply. There’s a gentle restructuring in my inner world that happens without any effort on my part. It’s a kind of magic. Can’t recommend him highly enough.

Huge thanks to @lulusluxurylifestyle for the introduction – you were spot on!

Also gratitude to @katherine_spenley, @cooletalking and the Inspire team for the commission.

And fist bump to @kiprice – you always make photo shoots the best fun.
