Happy Senior Signing!

Congratulations to these amazing 8 ladies who choose to commit to play college volleyball!

8 athletes and 8 individual journeys with 1 standard in mind!

While most athletes talk about playing college volleyball; few take the time and possess the discipline to do the work!

This is what it looks like
When discipline meets opportunity.
When consistency wins.
When culture matters.

You’ve represented PAO STL the right way:
With effort.
With discipline.
With commitment.

Your next chapter is just beginning!

We’re proud of you.
We’re behind you.
And can’t wait to see what you do!

Wear that which you earn!

We love making sure our athletes are always wearing their training shirt when attending our sessions. It’s a standard and it’s non-negotiable!

We mentor returnes and new athletes in the importance of this standard! We do not let athletes train unless in a proper training shirt (I did have a conversation with Sophie (104) about wearing the earned shirt next session or she cannot train)!

Standard Matter!!!
