Another new tune I’m working on, the vibes of this one felt like it was asking to be played on a Wurlitzer so that’s patch I used. Dedicating this one to my son Arthur since I was finishing this up right after he was born last week. I’m thinking I’ll call it “Art in it All.” Unless I decide it’s too corny then I’ll just call it “Arthur’s Song” #music #jazz #piano #composition #newmysic by @papanubs

Something new I wrote last night, still untitled. I find that lots of my songs start from 1 chord moving to another and all other ideas just falling in line one after another. The opening Db9 to F really struck me as an interesting movement, it feels distinct but not too jarring. This song has lots of typical gospel type movements with some small moments of unpredictable flair. #music #songwriter #composition #piano #song by @papanubs

Got a new organ controller, first test of trying to record it by just jamming to a generic funk drum track. Still working out the quirks of organ playing but expect to hear more of this. #piano #keyboard #organ #funk #jazz by @papanubs
