Merasa @potatoheadbali

Rice selected as it symbolises life, abundance and humility. Tuberose for remembrance, spirit and the unseen. It surrounds nasi kuning, golden rice offered as a wish for abundance, prosperity and blessings. A celebration of life, and gratitude for what is yet to come.

We are deeply honoured to be a part of Merasa by @potatoheadbali, led by our dearest friend @kimherben.

As we ventured deeper into the philosophy and sacred traditions of Kejawen, we were moved by the profound understanding of nature, balance and our relationship to the world around us. A reminder of the richness held within our Indonesian heritage.

Our floral department created each piece with intention. Every plant, flower, fruit and vegetable was carefully chosen for its meaning, creating a language of nature woven throughout the experience.

It is a lesson we will carry with us long after the flowers have faded.

Behind the scenes of the build that took an army of people, a few generals and a whole lot of faith.

Through a brutal two days and night of constant changes, rain, disappearing teams and shifting sands, we persevered and rebuilt 3 pickleball courts overnight with a new crew and a new plan.

We are grateful for the commitment of our crew, our teams, our partners and the belief system that good people with the same goal can make the impossible happen.

It’s a stressful job but the rewards and connections made on the field make it all worth it.

April 2026. THE build that tested our limits, stretched our stamina and strengthened our trust in each other.

12 HOURS. 5 ARES (500 SQM). 3 PICKLEBALL COURTS. ON THE BEACH.

From an empty stretch of sand at @kempinskibali to three fully competition-ready pickleball courts, built side by side for a three-day tournament.

The catch? We had less than 12 hours to make it happen.

Rain. Delivery delays. Teams disappearing. Last-minute curveballs coming from every direction.

But somehow, through one very long night, a huge crew and a lot of problem solving, we pulled off one of the biggest builds we’ve ever delivered.

Three courts. One night.

Game on. ☄️

From LUNACHELLA to one of the most talked-about weddings in Indonesia, we have had the privilege of creating some very special moments with @lunamaya. Now, we have had the honour of curating her birthday and the opening of Gallery Pak Uut, dedicated to her late father.

We sat with Ibu Desa, Luna’s mother and Pak Uut’s beloved wife, and listened to her stories of life with Bapak. From those conversations, we wanted to tell Luna’s story through the eyes of the person who knew her first, her father, and through the love he left behind.

At the heart of the gallery is something wonderfully simple: a daughter and a family choosing to honour a father by sharing his greatest passion. His paintings hold hundreds of subjects, but time and again, he returned to the people he loved most. His family. And among them, his Luna, painted from memory over and over again.

@lunamaya: THROUGH HER FATHER’S EYES was the opening we curated alongside her birthday this year. Not simply celebrating the extraordinary woman she has become, but celebrating her as he knew her: his daughter, his Luna.

Perhaps he never needed to know who she would grow up to become. In his paintings, he had already captured something far more enduring: the daughter he saw, remembered and loved.

Happy birthday, Luna.

This one was incredibly special to us, and very close to home.

A little look into the real CAFA behind the scenes. 🤍

Raw footage, random conversations, lots of coordination, checking every little detail, talking to our clients, fixing things as we go, and having fun in between.

No script, no retakes, just us doing what we do, in real time. 😂

A little raw, very real, and honestly, we love it this way.
