long overdue spring post (ˊ˘ˋ*)✿✼:*ﾟ:.｡..｡.:*･ﾟﾟ･*

I wanted to immortalise three of my favorite blooms in my tiny sketchbook (i fear I'll never make a large scale artwork ever again) and I had so much fun making these :D there's some kind of catharsis in resorting to vivid colours and I think I'll do a bit more of that now 🦭 by @paper_marble

I have something other than a sketchbook spread for once :) I've been thinking alot about identities, my own and of other things and that thinking led up to this painting, and will probably lead to many more 🦭 it's kind of experimental in a way and I would love to hear your thoughts :>

a lot of attention was given to sketchbooks this year and I think I am happy with that decision :) I feel like I'm a bit more consistent with making art amidst academics, there was even more experimentation than before and a lot of resentment too, rethinking what creating things meant to me, the guilt that surrounded it, the fear of sharing etc. etc. overall it was cool, we keep learning and growing :D I hope you guys have a nice day too <33 thank you for sticking around

a fishy little sketchbook spread after a long time :>

I don't understand how fine artists do it, still life is so hard :')) I can't comprehend form shapes and colours so I'm trying to squeeze in and practice some of them in my sketchbook,, also I bought pastels!! I have no idea how they work I somehow get them all over my hands and none on paper but it looks like an exciting medium 🦭 by @paper_marble

a quick painting from my sketchbook which is sort of a study of B.N. Arya's painting :) it's so magnificent I think I'll redo it some other day <33 I've finished bookbinding a new sketchbook hehe, I wish I had proper tools to do it correctly but the process was pretty fun :D by @paper_marble
