HAPPY RELEASE DAY to Truthbound: What Lies Unspoken by @kikihardt.author 🖤✨

This is easily one of the best romantasy books I’ve read in a long time. I was hooked immediately, and once the story really got going, putting it down became nearly impossible.

The magic system, the secrets, the guild dynamics, the twists, the danger, there was constantly something pulling me further into the story. I loved that the worldbuilding felt detailed without becoming overwhelming, and the plot had me flying through the pages because I needed to know what happened next.

And then there’s Elliana and Aleksai🫠 The slow burn, forced proximity, tension and the trust slowly building between them… YES. Aleksai being a protective healer who can literally detect lies while Elliana is hiding basically everything? Absolutely delicious😂

But what really made this one stand out for me was that it wasn’t just the romance. I really cared about the story, the friendships, the side characters and everything happening around them. It had suspense, humour, emotion and those little moments between characters that make a fantasy world start to feel real.

And can we PLEASE talk about this cover?! 😍 It is absolutely stunning. The details, the colours, the whole design!!! it feels so beautifully thought out and fits the story perfectly. This is one of those covers I have just sat and stared at!

Truthbound is out TODAY!! 🖤✨

If you love slow-burn romantasy, elemental magic, dangerous secrets, forced proximity, guild dynamics, a protective MMC and a story with an actual PLOT! You need this one on your TBR.

Thank you so much @kikihardt.author for the ARC 🫶🏻

🍁🍂 Did somebody say autumn? 🍂🍁

I’ve been watching the calendar like a hawk for the last few weeks 🤷🏼‍♀️😂

And yes… I am, in fact, tucked up with a book, a blanket and my trusty chai, sitting by the window watching the rain and waiting for all the leaves to fall🍂📖☕️

Flatlay Friday🥳

Just a completely random selection of books because apparently I needed an excuse to put pretty books all over my table 😂

No theme. No matching colours. Just books I love looking at 😍

And honestly… that’s enough of a theme for me.

See one you love? And what are you reading this weekend? 😃 by @paperbacksandpassion
