When did it become winter?
I clearly missed the memo, it is most definitely snuggly PJ and heating on weather now… which also means fires, hot chocolates and mini marshmallows, so you know not all bad

Waa it a good morning, were you ready for the school run today?

The good thing about the summer holidays, apart from getting to spend time with my kids of course, was the slower mornings, no mad rush to get everyone clean, fed, dressed and out the door in time for the joy that is the school gate.
Instead we sat, we enjoyed hot drinks, pancakes and sometimes even a sneaky few chapters of a good book.

That is not how this morning went.... this morning was carnage

How many snacks do kids need??

I swear to god, the kids have eaten £‪3,546,738‬ worth of snacks this summer holiday and if I get asked for another snack I might just cry.

Me on the other hand, saves my snack time for when I’m reading. My favourite reading time snack is the kids biscuits, now if I could just find 10 minutes to sit and enjoy it in peace without the kids wanting their own I'd be very happy

What's your favourite season?

I think mine has to be autumn, the nights start to draw in, I can sit in my PJs in the evening with a nice blanket, hot drink and book and feel like life is perfect, it's also starting to get cool enough that my super snuggly PJs can come back out without me waking in the middle of the night dying from the heat!

Where's your favourite reading spot?
I'll pretty much read anywhere, as long as I'm stationary (I havent quite mastered walking and reading at the same time yet) but I've got the say the beach, bubble baths and bed are my favourite places to get into a good book. Also anywhere in pyjamas is always good.
Where do you enjoy a good book?

Is there anything better than getting your PJs on after a long day?

Its the summer holidays here and with two kids to entertain while working from home still, mummy guilt is a real thing. I can tell you Pyjama time is currently my favourite part of the day
