Three years ago, this was just a small idea with big faith.
No investors. No perfect plan. Just passion, family, sleepless nights, prayers, mistakes, learning, losses… and the hope that one day people would love what we were building.

There were days we doubted ourselves.
Days sales were low.
Days we were tired.
Days we wanted to give up quietly.

But somehow, people kept showing up.
One order. One repost. One review. One “your food is so good” at a time.

What started in a home space is now publicly seen, And today, Ijay’s Bistro is turning 3. 🥹❤️

What started from the grassroots has become a place where people celebrate birthdays, go on dates, gist with friends, heal after stressful days, and create memories over food.
(What a small but mighty space !)

Some of you have been with us from the beginning.
Some discovered us recently.
But every single order, every post, every recommendation, every visit… built this dream with us.

This anniversary is not just ours.
It belongs to every person that believed in a small business trying to survive and become something beautiful.

Next week Friday, June 5th, 2026, we celebrate 3 years of growth, resilience, community, and love.
And as a thank you… we’re bringing back our 2023 prices for the celebration. 🥹🎉

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for growing with us.

Today is not just about celebrating the day you were born…
