My son asked last week, will he be catching off jugs machine at 40 mph by his bday (7/22). I told him the real question is will you reach 50mph. But here's 40 mph at less than 4yds away from machine!!! Crazy this at 10pm after practice. 275+/day

I hear so many kids say they wanna catch the ball as a receiver. The irony is catching the ball is the easy part to the position, the main necessity is can u get open! QB cant throw you the ball if you clamped! Work the basics and keep getting better.

Today was a COLD HANDS DAY!! We train like this cause PLAYOFF Football is usually played in cold weather! To be elite and build legacy you have to PERFORM in these conditions! So train it early, it was roughly 10*F in the garage today so gloves on. Use the weather conditions to your benefit. 25 MPH on close range and 35MPH on motion catches.
CONSISTENCY BUILDS CONFIDENCE!!!!

I told him I would make sure he squats 135 by the end of this upcoming off-season. His momma said he was ready today, so we went for it. He controlled the whole rep and made his momma proud!
He's 11 and we train for this. Leave all hate off post

It’s not only about game day it’s about everyday. Consistency builds habits! I’m doing a DB drill practicing breaking on the ball using jug machine. 💪🏽 #letsgo

This for all the naysayers and complainers! One thing we gone always do in this house is grind!!! This is what i mean when i say @bj_ijelu has to master a speed before he moves up 1mph. Now if u complain about this work you’re just a hater and need to move around!! #jugs #catching #work #hands #dedication #determination #dicsipline #youthfootball #bjtherouterunner #youthfootballtraining #youthfootballnetwork by @pappabeasley

Me and @bj_ijelu first lift session since spring season started. We did it in the torture chamber (garage closed 95* outside, no fan, no ac) and i got some work to do. We gone keep grinding though!!
