Caught @officialbeattour at @easternatl with @pixelseph. Mind blowing performance this evening by @paradiddlejosh

It’s time to go short again. Stopped by @smalltownsalonzebulon and Tracey snipped off about three years of hair growth. The braids are off to @thegreatcut2024 for a great cause: #childrenwithhairloss. Thanks to @thelonghairs for getting into my feed and reminding me that it’s time to make a difference — and help break a Guinness World Record — and thanks to Tracey at Small Town Salon for taking good care of my hair 😊 by @paradiddlejosh

I’ve been keeping tight-lipped about it on the social media til now, and now I can share with y’all: Lynny and I just bought our first house! Now begins the process of gently refinishing it before we move in and begin the journey of homeownership by @paradiddlejosh

Haven’t posted anything in a while, so I thought I’d share an audiobook from #audible that I’m enjoying while I work: #findyourfuckyeah by Alexis Rockley(read by the author). by @paradiddlejosh

I received my @drumeoofficial #quietkick pad in the mail yesterday and, of course, I had to make a monster. A 20mm piezo is underneath the pad. Since I also rigged up a used set of @pearl_drums #rhythmtraveler shells with some triggers from @ovaldrums and Converted Percussions (and I’m having lots of trouble with triggering the kick), this might just come in handy as a backup… by @paradiddlejosh

It took me a month or so to get around to dropping it in the mail, but I chopped off about 16-18 inches of hair and donated it to #wigsforkids! Another donation is already in progress. If you want to support their efforts, visit their website to learn more — they accept funds as well as dry, healthy hair at least 12 inches long.

I’ve also included a fundraiser on this post, should you be so inclined. Together, we can help make a difference ❤️ by @paradiddlejosh

It's been an awesome two years of #beardgrowth but now is the time for a more professional look. Daniela and the MUG crew are experts with all shapes and styles. Meanwhile, it's time to begin week 2 of strength training. by @paradiddlejosh

Phoenix friends, tonight is the night! @ourfrankenstein is dropping some new material and beginning a tour at The Blooze in North Phoenix — and Ærizona Bay will be there in support. For just $6, you'll be treated to hours of ear candy... Doors open at 7:00pm, first band is on at 8:00pm. This is an 18+ event. #aerizonabay #azlocalmusic #learntoswim by @paradiddlejosh

Some take-out fake-out before rehearsal: homemade orange chicken over rice and steamed veggies. Used liquid aminos instead of soy sauce and fresh-squeezed orange juice in the sauce by @paradiddlejosh

Spend two hours on stability exercises, then spend ten minutes derping in front of a mirror. Thanks @professorkickass for suggesting the routine! #weektwo by @paradiddlejosh

No stream tonight, sadly -- but I did clean up the stream station! by @paradiddlejosh
