Okay, not everything your lawmakers in New Mexico do makes the news, but trust me, it all counts! For me, that’s meant protecting your privacy, helping first-time homebuyers, opening our primaries, and yes, going to law school at the same time.

Since I took office, I’ve been fighting for three things: your wallet, your roof, and your rights. That’s meant helping get teachers and school staff a raise, helping first-time homebuyers get into starter homes, opening our primaries to independent voters, and so much more.

And I’m just getting started. Your neighbors are already voting, so join them tomorrow, Tuesday, Nov 3, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Not registered? It’s not too late. You can register and vote the same day, and I hear it only takes 10 minutes!

I believe the people who build, power, and protect our communities deserve leaders who will fight for good jobs, fair wages, and safe workplaces. I’m honored to have the endorsement of @ibew611, @iafflocal244 , and @nmcarpenters!

I’ll keep standing with working people every day.

Nobody likes getting ghosted, especially not bills that passed the House and Senate. Right now in New Mexico, if the governor doesn’t act on a bill, it just disappears. Constitutional Amendment 1 changes that.

Today is the last day of early voting! Not registered? You can register and vote the same day. And don’t forget to flip your ballot over and vote on the amendments.

Happy Halloween!

Parents, people at the start of their careers, working-class New Mexicans - our state legislature should be composed of people who have the same lived experience as those they are elected to represent. We encourage every voter to vote FOR Constitutional Amendment 4 this general election.

Constitutional Amendment 4 would help build a legislature that can best address the needs of working New Mexicans because understands the needs of working New Mexicans. A professional legislature would be a modest investment that would yield significant, long-term results for our state.

When public service comes at a personal financial cost, that shapes who gets a seat at the table and whose experiences are represented when laws are written.

DEMOCRATS - go vote for a more representative legislature! by @parajon4nm

Would you take a job that pays for your gas and your hotel but not your rent? That’s the deal for every legislator in New Mexico. We’re the only state that doesn’t pay its lawmakers a salary, which means a lot of working people can’t afford to serve.

CA4 creates a limited salary, never more than what a typical New Mexico household earns, and it doesn’t kick in until 2029.

Join me in voting yes on 4! Early voting runs through Saturday, and you can register and vote the same day.

I believe that working families in New Mexico deserve leaders who will stand up for their rights and pass bills that make life easier.

That is why I’m super proud to have the endorsement of the New Mexico Working Families Party, New Mexico Voices for Children Action, and OLÉ New Mexico!

I know life is more expensive for a majority of New Mexicans, that’s why over the past two years I have sponsored expanding the Working Families Tax Credit.

I will continue to create real opportunities for working people every day. Let’s win on Election Day!
