Meet our new Hazy IPA, Sardine, the bigger, beefier cousin to our hazy IPA, Anchovy.

Sardine is built on the same malt base, taking things up a notch with thiolized yeast and some really fun hops: El Dorado brings big waves of pineapple and sweet hard candy; Anchovy piles on its signature watermelon candy character; and Superdelic rounds it all out with tropical fruit and fluffy cotton candy.

Sweet, juicy—straight-up candy. Sardine is packed with thiols and tropical fruit, wrapped in a thick pillowy haze. It’s the kind of IPA made for slow sipping.

PLOV PART TWO: 10/09/2026

It’s your proprietor’s birthday and we’re making Plov again. As always the food is free and should be ready around 3-4PM. We’ll be out in the parking lot cooking at 11AM, hanging through the afternoon, and packing up once the food is gone. Last time we ran out of plov after about an hour; we’re doubling the quantity, so come early and come hungry. This time we’ll be making morkovcha to serve alongside the shirazi salad. More food. Bar Keep’s Choice 08/12/26:

Barnag @barnagwines 2023 ‘Cabernet’, (Cabernet franc and Sauvignon) from Balaton, Hungary. 30 year old vines, hand harvested grapes.

2 weeks of carbonic maceration, spontaneous fermentation in barrels with indigenous yeasts.

No filtration or fining. No sulphur addition. ABV 12%

Mild tannins. Comforting medium body. Vibrant acidity. Ripe. $8.00 by the glass on Wednesday, August 12th. taken in Boone, North Carolina by @parallelbrewco
