In less than 48 HOURS, I’ll be stepping on stage at @north_carolina_npc Mid Atlantic Classic in Charlotte, North Carolina, closing out my 2026 bodybuilding season! 🏆

It’s hard to put into words what this year has meant to me. The early mornings, the late nights, the sacrifices nobody sees, the moments of doubt that made every second worth it. This journey has been nothing short of life-changing in so many ways and this year has been the most humbling year of my life!

A HUGE thank you to my coach @jeffreyjensen and @paratransform my team for pushing me to new levels and never letting me settle. To @bodyrevolutionwellness and my doctor @dr_jason_farrah for keeping me healthy and performing at my best. I know what it’s like to want to change your life but have no idea where to start.

I’ve been there.

What started as a decision to change my own life turned into something I never could’ve imagined.

Now I get to help other people do the same.

And the best part isn’t the weight they lose or the muscle they build. It’s watching people get their confidence back, accomplish things they never thought possible, and become someone they’re proud of.

That’s why I do what I do.

Coaching wasn’t something we set out to do. It’s something our lives led us to.

When we look back, we can see how every experience, every struggle, and every season we didn’t understand at the time played a part in bringing us here.

The weight loss. The complicated relationship with food. The overwhelm of trying to be everything to everyone. The people-pleasing. The habit of putting everyone else first while neglecting ourselves. The health struggles. The moments when life felt heavier than we knew how to carry.

None of it was part of some perfectly mapped-out plan.

But all of it gave us perspective. It taught us compassion. It helped us understand that behind every person struggling to change, there’s a story most people never see.

And that’s what makes this work so personal to us.

We don’t just see a number on a scale, a set of macros, or a goal to reach. We see people who are trying to feel better, find themselves again, and create a life they’re proud of.

We know there’s often so much more beneath the surface.

We didn’t plan to become coaches. We lived the experiences that taught us why this work matters.

A few more moments from my first Summer Shredding stage.

It’s still a little surreal looking through these.

There are plenty of things I want to improve, and a lot I learned from doing my first show.

But there’s also something pretty incredible about seeing these photos and realizing:

I actually did this.

I stepped on that stage.
I competed.
And I walked away knowing this was only the beginning.

First show. A lot learned.
Definitely not finished. 💪

It’s the one moment where I stop and stand before them and have them take it all in. The hard moments to get there, the prep, the self doubt, the fear, the excitement, it all lead them to this moment.

We run thru last few posing tweaks and get the pre-stage jitters out.
