Tuesday’s Tips- NEVER put a plastic bag in boiling water. The plastic will begin to melt and leak harsh chemicals into your food. If you need to melt butter you can do it the old fashioned way. In a pot melt the butter & add the blueberries. Or microwave butter in a ceramic or glass bowl & add the blueberries. by @parchies.kitchen

What a weekend!! Attended a mini book retreat for Zibby Owens new book, Between Chapters, at Matchmaker Bookshop, in Highland Park. Zibby wears many hats: author, publisher, bookshop owner, podcaster the list goes on. One of the greatest gifts of spending time with Zibby was meeting so many incredible women. That’s a reflection of who she is. Zibby is every bit as genuine, warm, and generous in person as she appears to be publicly. She has a remarkable way of bringing together thoughtful, inspiring people, and I’m so grateful to now know many of them.
