We’re curating safe spaces and #DateNightVibes for married, engaged, and seriously dating couples. We want to celebrate healthy love, remind married couples to keep dating each other, and build a community where couples can connect, grow, and learn from those who have walked the journey before them.

We wanted a space for us, so we created The Union Table.

The mission behind The Union Table goes beyond an exclusive date night. POV: you’re down to your last vitamin and already know it’s time to restock.

I’ve been incorporating @blackgirlvitamins into my daily routine, and I love the convenience of getting 8+ essential nutrients in one daily gummy.

As women, we don’t always realize what nutrients may be missing from our everyday diets, so being intentional about supporting things like energy, immune function, mood and bone health has become part of my self-care routine.

15 years of marriage will teach you that love is important but love alone isn’t enough. Why I created @theuniontables ?

There have been seasons that have shaken our marriage and forced us to learn each other all over again.

We’ve had to learn how to communicate differently.
How to have honest conversations about finances.
How to navigate change, challenges, expectations, and growth.
And most importantly, how to keep choosing each other through it all.

That lived experience is part of why I created The Union Table.

The Union Table is a social club for couples—a space where we can connect, build community, enjoy one another, and have the kinds of conversations and date nights that help strengthen our union with genuine community and accountability.

Because sometimes, you need to know you’re not the only couple learning as you go.
