Swipe for a little intro 💃🏻
I started golfing last summer; got an old cheap topflite set from a Facebook marketplace meemaw, and got to hitting the driving range. Which is when I discovered that the focus it required to work on form and swing was really a meditative process for me. I’ve always struggled with anxiety, and golf has given me mental peace while simultaneously pushing me outside my comfort zone; it’s probably the best thing I’ve done for myself in years. I didn’t get on a course until August of 2025, and now pretty much any chance I get, that’s where you’ll find me. I’m currently soaking up my last summer off in my masters program, then it’s back to full time work and part time grad school, and hopefully still some time for golf. I started on TikTok and the golf girl community has been so positive and supportive of beginners in an otherwise male dominated sport. So I hope to have that same vibe here on the gram 🫶🏻 by @parforecolleen

If you also like to listen to peak millennial rap while you golf, we should be friends. Also, I love Shawnee so much but after playing more courses now, I feel the greens are diabolical so the bad putting isn’t my fault. #golf #golfgirl #golfaddict #womensgolf #golfishard by @parforecolleen

Don’t like the cold, but there’s not much more beautiful than fall on a golf course #fall #golf #golfgirl #fallvibes #womensgolf by @parforecolleen

find your hype people and book a tee time 🎉 so grateful for my crew I was lucky enough to find through @foretheladies 🫶🏻 @jmeggas @halawler @samantha.haona (and for @marielbrosto who was my one woman film crew 🤍) by @parforecolleen

This sand trap destroyed my confidence in playing out of sand 🥲 #golf #golfaddict #golfishard #golfgirl #womensgolf by @parforecolleen

spooky szn is my fav. I’m almost as spooky as my putting yesterday #spookyseason #makeup #witch #halloweenmakeup #halloween2026 by @parforecolleen

I mean, I’m still pretty bad, but I love it. There’s something freeing about allowing yourself to enjoy something even if you’re not perfect at it. (Yes this was a DOD fail 😂) #golf #golfaddict #golfgirl #golfswing #beginnergolfer by @parforecolleen

Hey, I got to try out Chad’s 3 wood though *twice 💁🏻‍♀️ I didn’t realize he had started recording already but kind of great content, who else hates hinge? 🫠 also need to remember this layering combo makes me look like Quasimodo 😂

life got a lot more fun when I stopped caring how it looked to everyone else. being cringe is temporary, boring is forever ✌🏻 #golf #goldenhour #golfgirl #golfaddict #golfisfun by @parforecolleen

I love spooky szn, but not spooky golf #spookyseason #golf #hauntedhouse #fallgolf #golfgirl by @parforecolleen

If I’m delusional about being good at golf, will it make me better at golf? Giving the delulu confidence a try but I’m not very good at it, which is why you always need to play with hype people 🙌🏻 #golf #golfswing #golfaddict #golfgirl #womensgolf by @parforecolleen

me 10 years ago would’ve never thought I’d be living the life I am today. me a year ago had hardly even been on a golf course. crazy how life works sometimes when you work hard to create new opportunities for yourself ✨ #growth #golf #golfswing #golfgirl #womensgolf by @parforecolleen
