After 8 unforgettable years, I’ve made the incredibly difficult decision to close Pari Passu. Due to the current economic challenges and ongoing tariffs on imported goods, continuing to operate is no longer sustainable. To my amazing customers — thank you. It has been the greatest honor of my life to serve you. When I launched Pari Passu, I dreamed of creating a brand where women could find clothing that was high-quality, fit beautifully and made them feel confident, gorgeous, and seen. Thanks to you, that dream came true. Your support, loyalty, and love made every moment worth it. To my distribution partners — thank you for taking a chance on me. Your validation meant so much to me and helped so many women find Pari Passu. To everyone who helped with this brand and who are too numerous to name — thank you for your expertise, your time, and for teaching me so, so much. You helped to give the brand a voice, an image that looked far more expensive than I could have ever afforded, and you helped me reach so many people who would never have found us. And to Jason — none of this would have been possible without you. Not one thing. I will never forget all you’ve done.  With all my heart, Shanna by @paripassushop
