Would you believe there was a time in my life where I was terrified to speak 🗣️ up for myself and was afraid to be seen. Anyone that knows me now would say otherwise.

I lost my voice many times in my life due to traumatic events and learning how to regain my strength set me back from expressing myself fully. It was until I began to understand and realize that I was worthy and deserved so much more that I began to step out from the shadows and into my lane of authenticity and leadership. Little did I know it would not only grant me the life and career path that I live today as a coach / health and wellness professional - it also made me a leader and help others do the same.

I am honored to be featured as a contributing writer for the Special Thought Leader Edition with @losangelestribune by sharing my incredible experience working with The Holocaust Museum. My article “She Believed She Could So She Did: Five Lessons From Working With The Holocaust Museum” shares insight on how to really set yourself up and move towards building a leadership position and mindset from my early years as a Senior Designer and Branding Specialist.

Special thanks to @moerocklovesyou for the opportunity to share my story 🙏🏼 I’m truly honored to share such a vulnerable and life changing moment that I hope will inspire others to follow their path, dreams and heart ❤️

I am so grateful.

Check out my article as well as many other inspiring articles from the most fascinating leaders in this edition.

I’ve seen some pretty dark things in my life. Some I may never share out loud. I’ve walked through experiences that tested me, changed me, and brought me to my knees. But I’ve also seen miracles, answered prayers, unexpected blessings, and beautiful things that can only be explained by God.

And maybe that’s why I’m more intentional these days about what I entertain, what I celebrate, and what I allow into my life.

I don’t believe we need to follow every tradition or participate in everything just because the world does. We have to be mindful of what we’re exposing ourselves and our children to.

I choose to celebrate LIFE. The gift of waking up, the beauty of another day, the opportunity to love, grow, and walk in God’s purpose.

I’ve seen what darkness can look like, but I’ve also experienced the goodness of God firsthand. And I’ll choose His light every single time. ✝️

Be intentional. Be discerning. Protect your peace.

Failure isn’t the opposite of success — it’s proof you had the courage to try. ✨

So take the risk. Make the move. Bet on yourself. And if you fail? Congratulations. You did what most people are too afraid to do. 🤍

You can’t become who you’re meant to be by playing it safe. 🔥

Iron sharpens iron, and one woman’s faith can strengthen another’s. 🤍

There is something sacred about women coming together, laying down their walls, sharing their testimonies, speaking truth in love, and reminding one another of who God has called us to be.

We weren’t meant to walk this journey alone. We need women who will pray with us, challenge us, encourage us, and lovingly hold us accountable—not out of judgment, but out of love. Women who celebrate our growth, speak life into our weary seasons, and remind us of God’s promises when we struggle to see them ourselves.

Because true sisterhood doesn’t compete; it cultivates. It doesn’t tear down; it builds up. It doesn’t diminish another woman’s light; it helps her shine brighter.

When women are rooted in Christ and united in truth, something beautiful happens. We grow, we heal, and we become stronger—not just for ourselves, but for one another.

“As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” — Proverbs 27:17 🙏🏼

I don’t know who this is for… but 🫶🏼

Everything isn’t always black and white… sometimes, it’s the layers of color in between that make the story so beautiful. 🤍

There’s a certain kind of peace in knowing that not every chapter needs a dramatic ending, an explanation, or one last page turned over and over again. Some chapters can be beautiful, meaningful, and still come to a natural close. Not everything beautiful is meant to last forever, and not every ending needs to be dragged out to be understood.

Sometimes, the beauty is in knowing when to let go, when to leave things as they are, and when to make room for what’s next.

And maybe that’s the art of it all… learning to appreciate every shade, honor every season, and trust that there’s still so much beauty in the colors we haven’t seen yet. 🖤✨

The peace in knowing that God will never let you settle and find comfort in a place where you are not meant to be.

With All My Love,
Parisa 💖

the life lately files, according to my camera roll 📸 #8 deserved it’s spotlight 😂🥤… 🙌🏼 by @parisamoayediofficial

There is freedom in realizing that what you once kept secret may become part of the testimony God is calling you to share. 🤍

Shame says, “Hide it.” Fear says, “Stay silent.” But healing reminds you that your past no longer has to hold you captive.

Your test becomes your testimony.
Your wounds become wisdom.
Your tears become part of your story.
And your healing becomes a reminder of God’s faithfulness.

You don’t owe everyone your story. But when God places it on your heart to share, don’t let shame silence what He has brought you through.

Your testimony is not a badge of what hurt you. It’s a witness to the faithfulness of God ✝️

✨ SEASONS — Ecclesiastes 3:1 ✨

“To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under heaven.” 🤍

What a SEASON it was! 🕊️

I am still reflecting on the transformative experiences, divine revelations, heartfelt conversations, and beautiful moments that unfolded during this extraordinary SEASONS retreat!

To be invited into this sacred space as both an attendee and a guest speaker was an honor I will carry in my heart for a long time.

There is something so powerful about bringing together women from different backgrounds, walks of life, cultures, experiences, and seasons of their own journeys. Women who have overcome adversity, endured heartbreak, experienced profound transformation, searched for answers, and continued to seek something deeper. We each arrived with our own stories and testimonies, yet what united us was something far greater than our differences.

THE TRUTH. The real TRUTH. JESUS CHRIST. ✝️🤍

In a world that often encourages us to search everywhere else for answers, there is nothing more powerful than coming together and returning to the One who is the Way, the Truth, and the Life.

And Aahmes… 🤍 @aahmes_kubicki

Thank you for being the powerhouse woman you are and for creating something so meaningful. We met over two years ago, and there was something in me that knew instantly you were going to be part of my life. Looking back now, I can see just how beautifully God has allowed our paths to unfold. Thank you for creating an experience that was not only beautiful to witness but deeply meaningful to be part of.

Each beautiful lady brought something uniquely beautiful into that room. From the personal stories, laughter, tears and vulnerability, to the wisdom, prayers, and willingness to show up authentically made this experience what it was.

I leave this season with a fuller heart and so much gratitude for what He continues to reveal.

What a SEASON. What a blessing!

All glory to Jesus ✝️

With All My Love,
Parisa 🤍
