Spotting a leopard, the elusive big cat of the forest is never easy, as it blends seamlessly into its surroundings and rarely ventures into the open. Capturing a clear view during a forest safari is even more challenging; often, it may be watching you, while you remain completely unaware. I had the privilege of meeting my mentor from the 1996 PG Diploma in Finance Management batch, Respected Prof. Alok Kumar Chakrawal Sir, who is currently serving as the Vice Chancellor of GGV Bilaspur (A Central University). During my recent visit to attend an International Conference at GGV, Bilaspur, I also had the wonderful opportunity to interact with him along with my PhD Guide, Dr. Vikas Rajpopat Sir.It was truly a proud and memorable moment to reconnect with my mentor in such an esteemed academic setting.@alok.chakrawal by @parish_joshi

👉 આજના વર્લ્ડ લાયન ડે નિમિત્તે ફોટોગ્રાફી ક્લબ રાજકોટના સભ્યો પ્રદ્યુમન પાર્ક ઝૂમાં ભેગા થયા અને ફોટોગ્રાફી દ્વારા સિંહ અને વન્ય જીવજંતુના સંરક્ષણ અંગે લોકોમાં અવેરનેસ ફેલાવી.👉 આજના ખાસ દિવસે વર્લ્ડ લાયન ડે નિમિત્તે અમે, ફોટોગ્રાફી ક્લબ રાજકોટના સભ્યો અને અમારા માનનીય સમશેરસિંહ સાહેબ, અહીં પ્રદ્યુમન પાર્ક ઝૂ, રાજકોટ ખાતે ભેગા થયા છીએ દર વર્ષે અમે કોઈક નવી એક્ટિવિટી દ્વારા સિંહ, પર્યાવરણ અને wildlife ના સંરક્ષણ અંગે લોકોને અવેરનેસ આપવાનું કાર્ય કરીએ છીએ. 👉 આજનું આ કાર્યક્રમ પણ એ જ સંદર્ભમાં છે. ફોટોગ્રાફી માત્ર શોખ નથી, પણ એ લોકો સુધી સંદેશ પહોંચાડવાનો માધ્યમ છે. અને ફોટોગ્રાફી ક્લબ તરીકે, અમારું ધ્યેય છે કે નાનકડી ઝલકમાં પણ મોટો સંદેશ છુપાયો હોય. અમે વિવિધ એક્ટિવિટી દ્વારા લોકોને સિંહની વિલુપ્ત થતી જાતિ, તેનું મહત્ત્વ અને એને બચાવવાની જરૂરિયાત વિશે માહિતી આપી રહ્યા છીએ. 👉 આજે લગભગ બે થી ત્રણ કલાક સુધી ચાલનાર આ કાર્યક્રમમાં ફોટોગ્રાફી, મીની વર્કશોપ અને અવેરનેસ સ્પીચ દ્વારા અનેક મહેમાનોએ ભાગ લીધો અને wildlife photographyના સુંદર પલનો આનંદ લીધો.#worldlionday #savelion #protectwildlif #kingofthejungle #wildlifeconservation #roarforlions #indianlion #lionpride #rangilurajkot #aapdurajkot #rajkotdiaries s #activerajkot by @parish_joshi

On this World Lion Day, I’m honoured to have received the 1st Prize in the ‘Majestic Lion’ Photo Competition, organised by Fotography Club Rajkot (FCR).A heartfelt thanks to #FCR and all its mentors for this recognition and warm felicitation.
