Thanksgiving preorders are now LIVE on our website! We decided it's about to be September so why not? Just like last year we will offer whole smoked homemade hams, but we are also offering our lemon pepper turkey breast as well this year, along with the soon-to-be-famous crawfish cornbread dressing and a few other goodies.

You can place your order at parishbarbecue.com. Click "order online" and scroll all the way to the bottom to view Thanksgiving items.

PLEASE keep in mind that the system will allow you to schedule an order for same day pickup, but Thanksgiving orders will ONLY be available to pick up at our trailer on Wednesday, November 25 from 11am-5pm.

If you’re looking for some good food on Wednesday nights, we have you covered! Starting September 9, we will be opening from 5-9pm on Wednesday evenings @sprinklevalley_abw with a limited Cajun menu. Look forward to our versions of some of your favorites, but our first menu will be some amazing sandwiches along with fried to order catfish fillets.

Thank you so much to @michelinguide for including us in your Texas list again for 2026. To achieve a Bib Gourmand both of our first two years being open is a testament to our incredible team who works so hard to make everything from scratch and with a whole lot of love. We truly are blessed!

I also want to congratulate all the new award recipients and those who kept theirs. Consistency in what we do is one of the hardest challenges we face and we are lucky to be contemporaries of some of the best restaurants in the world.

The news is out! We are STOKED to be back participating in the Texas Monthly BBQ Fest World's Fair on November 7, along with so many other amazing joints. Special shout out to our former employee @prolificcreole for this incredible opportunity. We can't wait to see you!

This is a huge honor for us as a less than two year old restaurant in this extremely competitive and talented Texas bbq scene.

We will be open at the trailer on November 7 this year but if you'll be in Lockhart we would love to see you. Menu to be announced soon, and you can expect some off-menu Cajun specials this year!

As I get ready to open here in North Carolina, I want to take a second to thank Texas, and the barbecue community that welcomed me and that I’ve been fortunate to be a part of for the last 11 years. Barbecue family is like none other. Thank you for letting me be a part of these golden years. (P.s. Have you tried our Ham yet? It's one of the sleepers on our menu. We hand-cut pork coppa out of shoulders every week, cure for 7 days in a fennel and red pepper flake brine, and smoke over hickory for 6 hours. It's all then finished up with our Creole mustard glaze for a slice of the juicest and most flavorful ham you've ever tasted! Howdy Austin, Texas, we’ve officially added about 3600 square feet of solid shade, and good relaxation to the backyard of Sprinkle Valley! 🍻

Southern Living just dropped their "Best New BBQ Joints in the South 2026" list — 4 of 16 spots went to Texas, and 3 of those are right here in Austin.

Two Goose, Churchrow, and Parish — all Austin. The 4th, Kafi, is up in Dallas.

These are all excellent spots, and I think they got this list right.

Pops and Matt finish off the tray at Parish BBQ, and man… this one went out STRONG. 🔥

The muffuletta was a killer sandwich — crispy, fluffy bread, rich meat, and those olives cutting through everything perfectly. Pops even said it was better than Jason’s Deli. 😂

The pulled duck was another hit. Tender, rich, crispy skin, and that rendered fat brought everything together.

But the real side-showstopper? The crawfish cornbread dressing. Legit one of the best sides we’ve had. Classic cornbread dressing meets full-on Cajun flavor and it WORKS. 👀

Then the pimento mac and cheese came through creamy, perfectly cooked, and finished the tray off right.

Parish absolutely delivered. If you’re in Austin, go see them. 🔥
