It’s always easier to talk and joke about the negative over the positive. The reality is run clubs are really out here changing lives and impacting communities for the better. If you haven’t tried it yet, just go out for a run, walk, hug or high five and see what the fuss is about.

The heat was disrespectful, but the vibes were immaculate. ☀️🥵🏃🏾‍♀️

Huge shout out to the coordinators, volunteers, DJ, sponsors, and everyone who helped bring the @phrozenjewelrun to life. Another incredible morning of community, fitness, and fellowship.

Congratulations to every finisher, every podium winner, and every person who got out there and gave it their all. Always love to my @gritrunningorlando family. Today’s weather definitely tried us, but we still got it done.
