The 1st Cloud Tavern event of the series is coming to the basement of @arkaodaberlin on Tuesday, the 28th of April!
A community event with the principal focus of converging an active listening environment with a tavern-like communal space, allowing for more interaction and interconnectivity.

Arkaoda will open its doors at 17:00 and its basement at 18:00.
We have reimagined the venue as a sonic tavern, shaping it to feel as cozy as a living room, providing the opportunity for more connection within the space and deeper immersion in the Cloud Tavern universe.

We aim to make the whole night accessible and affordable by not charging a ticketed entrance, but instead asking for donations to support the event and the artists. We hope to make this a Tuesday evening full of sound, food, tea, and a sense of community — just as a good tavern should be.

The night will surround our two live acts — Gina Lo who will immerse us in a soft, meditative listening environment, and Milad Khawam and his trumpet who will guide us through a rich, emotive musical world rooted in classical and Arabic traditions — alongside DJ sets by DJ Talkstoomuch and Lucy Park, providing a varied and dynamic soundtrack to the Cloud Tavern.

Lucy Park will also be bringing a selection of teas for our tea room where people can have a sample and purchase for home brewing.

Amidst December blizzards, Nausicaa II is a cozy shelter for sunday wanderers.
The queer living room of your dreams has come to life: warm clothes and hairy surfaces, a hot pot by the fireplace, freshly baked tender bites.
Inebriating scents and a raw-delicate sound journey paint the fairytale.
