Spent the last few days chasing longbeards in one the coolest places they live. Running up and down mountain sides, capitalizing on every bird that was willing to play the game. —On the spine of this mountain during our last hunt of the trip we had one play that game better than any I have ever experienced. Working him up and down the landscape until we ultimately met up with him on a steep bench. —A year ago to the date, I and many lost a best friend. After this battle on the mountain the first person I wanted to call and tell about it was him. I couldnt make that call but standing there looking up at that sky and hearing the breeze roll through the pines I could feel him. Filling me with a feeling of how blessed is this day. How blessed am I…enjoying this beautiful day with my best friends, their smiling faces, in a place only God could draw up. —Tell the people around you that you Love them, never let a day go unappreciated, and spend as much time as you can in places you feel God. by @parkerrisdal15

Gonna ride until my ride quits riding,
Then I'm gonna walk until my boots walk off,
Yes sir, I'll be a sight when I get
Where they're looking mean and lying
But tonight, I'm feeling free and friendly
Barely scraping change, waving goodbye,
Wavin' goodbye…wavin' goodbye…
