First bodybuilding competition is in the books! Could not be happier with the performance I brought to the stage.

Entering this offseason feeling positive with clear goals in sight. Thank you @laurentparks for being so supportive through all of it. I’m stoked to see what @thomasthetank_ifbbpro and I build for the stage in 2027. 🤘🏻🫡 by @parks.strength

Six years in the gym as of this month.

Strength training taught me consistency. Powerlifting taught me how to compete and strain. Bodybuilding is teaching me patience with the process.

Excited to push myself for my bodybuilding show coming soon. Grateful to God for every session! by @parks.strength

All awesome answers to hear.. Thank you for this @laurentparks 🙏🏻❤️ by @parks.strength

Happy Mother’s Day to the two strongest women I know.

@pennyrush1 you guided us through some challenging years early in my life that most parents would have given up on.. period! You handled it with grit and found great success for us on the other side. You will always be my idol for this reason.

@laurentparks the girls and I are extremely blessed to have you in our lives. You set a positive example for the girls on how to parent with grace while giving support and providing structure for our entire household. Taking on class Mom duties, hitting the weights, keeping sharp on your tennis game, scheduling all of the activities and needs for the girls, all while staying centered in your faith. You are a rockstar for handling it all! by @parks.strength

The final sixty seconds of a two-minute set feels like an eternity when you’re an hour and forty-five minutes into leg day.

One puny plate per side humbles you as your legs cramp and go numb from the pump.

There’s no award for being the hardest worker. All that matters is the performance you deliver when contest day arrives.

But there’s a personal reward nobody can take away. Knowing you gave 100%.

Some days that means squatting until I puke.

I left the gym yesterday happier that I had lost my lunch than getting off that hack squat knowing I left even 1% in the tank.

Fifteen months into working with @parkin_cornelius and it shows. Every day brick by brick until we are within striking distance of a show ⚒️ by @parks.strength

I always take full advantage anytime I can get five or ten minutes of the girls attention in the gym. Emma was determined enough last weekend to spend half an hour in the driveway working until she completed a box jump and some sandbag loading.

She must have failed three dozen times over before finally completing the jump, and that largest bag weighs more than she does.

Watching her develop grit and physicality all while having fun is an awesome experience. Pretty sure I got more excited for that box jump than I did the first time I pulled 600 pounds 🤣 by @parks.strength
