What a difference a few degrees makes! So much more comfortable running this evening. The heat sometimes makes me forget how much I love running. 😉#runhappy #oldpeoplerunning #outrunoldage #runnersofinstagram #strava by @parksrunner

Great time on the trail! The hordes of mosquitos chasing me helped! Lol! Fun fact: a ponytail can be as helpful in swishing away flying insects for runners as for a pony! #runhappy #runfar #outrunoldage #oldpeoplerunning #runnersofinstagram by @parksrunner

I am happy, of course! I know a 12-minute pace is not great for most of you, but I will take it! #runhappy #runfar #runyourfastestmile #oldpeoplerunning #outrunoldage by @parksrunner

A few sweltering miles followed by amazing drenching rain miles and puddle-jumping! #rainyrun #oldpeoplerunning #outrunoldage #runnersofinstagram by @parksrunner

Had a little fun on the empty ballfields tonight! More than halfway through the year now. How are you doing on your running goals? I am behind but if I can get 6.5 miles every day I can hit 2026 miles for the year. We will see what happens! #runninggoals #runningmotivation #oldpeoplerunning #outrunoldage by @parksrunner

Ok, it is not really MY dawg. She is my grand-dog! But, she drug me around the trails a few times today! She loves to run … much faster than I can. #runhappy #runfar #runwithdogs #runnersofinstagram #oldpeoplerunning by @parksrunner

Some dry pavement today but lots of ice and mountains of snow to summit at each intersection. Not speedy but enjoyable! #runhappy #runfar #outrunoldage #oldpeoplerunning #strava by @parksrunner
