Meet Vincent, the maestro behind our coffee roastery at Parlance Coffee. What started as a humble stint at Commonplace during a Christmas staff shortage evolved into a dynamic partnership with our current Co- Founder of Parlance. At that time, Vincent was already immersed in the intricate art of coffee roasting.

PARLANCE’s founder proposal to collaborate on coffee roasting at Commonplace ( our sister store) intrigued Vincent, laying the foundation for his journey. As months passed, the concept of Parlance was born, and Vincent, seeing it as a career challenge, eagerly joined the team.

Vincent envisions Parlance as a place where he can elevate coffee quality to new heights alongside passionate colleagues in the realm of hospitality. Outside the roastery, Vincent finds joy in playing tennis and scaling new heights through rock climbing.

Currently ranking among the top 10 in the national coffee roasting championship, Vincent is gearing up for the final round this weekend. His dedication and expertise define the essence of Parlance Coffee's commitment to excellence.

Thank you for your craft Vincent! @tomeetstories

YOU SPOKE, WE LISTENED. 📣✨
The official run for the Mr. Rickabun was supposed to wrap up on May 24th, but the absolute wave of love and support at the window completely blew us away.

To return the love to our amazing community, we are officially EXTENDING the RICKABON time limited signiture drink for 3 more weeks! Catch it from today morning, May 28th, through to Wednesday, June 17th.

A massive shoutout to the legend @mr.ricckk for bringing this idea to our window, and to everyone who has shown up to grab one.
Round two starts tomorrow.

See you at The Strand! ☁️🍂 by @parlancecoffee

Who doesn’t want a drink named after themselves at their favorite local? ☕️

Since we launched the Mr. Rickabun on May 4th, the response has been incredible! It’s been flying out the window, and we love seeing so many of our Strand neighbors coming by to grab a “Bun.”

Born from a collaboration with our favorite neighborhood fashion knight, @mr.ricckk from Acne Studios, this drink is our way of saying thank you to the community that fuels us every day.

The Recipe:
Signature double-shot Encounter espresso, chilled milk base, topped with whipped condensed milk foam infused with cinnamon,a final dusting of cinnamon sprinkles.

Final Days: You have until Sunday, May 24th to try this cinnamon cloud before it disappears!
Want it to stay? Let us know what you think in the comments! If the love keeps coming, the Mr. Rickabun might just stick around a little longer…
