Today I completed a special goal for me. Since 2019, I lost faith in God. After losing Kelvis, my mother in a short period, I never thought in a many years I will lose myself. Battling anxiety, stress, depression for the last 5 years been really difficult. After losing Kre, I immediately lost myself as a person. I started picking habits, a lot of people was happy to see me go down the wrong path. I decided to start working out to help me with my mental health. I finally got back in church in May, I attended church twice in May and 3 times in June. The most I been in church in the last 5 years. I will finish the summer strong 💪🏽 missing no Sundays in July. Thank you for the good friends. by @parlaydude420
