The Twinborns have officially taken over Late Mouse Lounge! 🐀

Our peculiar little residents are patiently awaiting adoption, while Cthulhu keeps a watchful eye over the Parlor.

Each Companion is handmade, delightfully peculiar, and looking for someone just as unusual to call their own.

Some Companions already know where they belong. 🖤

Last year at the Sutter Creek Witch Walk, I met this lovely soul who asked if Mothman might someday make his way into the Parlor.

There may have already been a rather special Mothman in her life… 😉

Nearly a year later, I finally brought one to life and sent him off to wait patiently at Late Mouse.

And today, she found him. 🥹

Of all the people who could have taken Mothman home, I secretly hoped it would be her.

Sometimes, an adoption is a sale.
Sometimes, it just feels like a Companion finally found exactly where he was supposed to be. 🖤

Happy adoption, Mothman.

ENTRY: CORALINE

She barely had time to settle into the Parlor.

With button eyes watching and yellow coat at the ready, Coraline ventured out into the world… and by morning, she had already been chosen.

ADOPTED 🖤

Some Companions linger. Some wait patiently for exactly the right person.

And some apparently have plans before I even get around to introducing them. 😏

Apparently, the proprietor of the Parlor owes everyone a small apology. 🫣

It has recently come to my attention — more than once, actually 😂 — that I may have neglected one rather important detail on the Twinborn Sewer Companions currently lurking at Late Mouse Lounge...

THEIR PRICE.

Because apparently “mysterious” is part of the Parlor aesthetic, but making you solve a riddle to figure out how much a rat costs probably shouldn't be. 🤦‍♀️

So, for anyone who has spotted the Twinborns and wondered:

🐀 Twinborn Sewer Companions are $25 each.

They may be born together, but they are adopted separately — unless, of course, you decide separating them would be cruel. 😏

My apologies to anyone who has been standing in front of the shelf wondering whether you needed to summon me from the beyond just to get a price.

The proprietor has corrected this oversight.

It seems someone new has made himself at home.

Beetlejuice has entered the Parlor.

He's now lurking alongside the Twinborns at Late Mouse Lounge inside the Folsom Premium Outlets — but something tells us he won't be the only new arrival for long.
