Welcome back to Episode 3 of Parm’s Mercedes W124 restoration and upgrade series!

In this episode, we’re turning our attention to the audio system to find out just how good (or bad!) the original speakers sound after more than 30 years.

Before making any changes, Parm takes us through the factory audio setup and carries out a listening test to establish exactly what we’re starting with.

It’s then time to upgrade the speakers and give this classic Mercedes a much-needed improvement in sound quality.

This audio upgrade video is now live - 🎥 Link in bio, or search CAS TV on YouTube.

This #mercedes #w126 #500sec is just amazing. Low Owner, Low Mileage, Rust free, totally original as Mercedes supplied it in 1992. Its time for one of the greatest pillarless coupes ever produced to hit the road again. 🤌 taken in Car Audio & Security by @parm_m3

Even SUV’s look better lower. #bmw #x5 now running on @xlo_air_suspension struts coupled with @air_lift_performance management. 🤟 This customer wanted #airsuspension for the more comfortable ride. But, now he can be the coolest dad on the school run too. 😀 taken in Car Audio & Security by @parm_m3
