SPRING TEACHING UPDATE!

London friends, already 2026 has been the best teaching year for me yet. I am so excited to officially be teaching every week at both @moreyoga_ Stratford and, starting March 15th, @hotpodyogaleyton every Saturday at 11:00!!

If you want to get into yoga this spring whether it be hot yoga, restorative slow flow, or some fun funky vinyasa flow, drop me a message and I can advise you on the best classes for how you’re feeling!

I’m so grateful to my friends who have come to support and take my classes in London (and the last few years!!) and to all the regulars I get to see every week! It genuinely makes my whole week and I’m so excited for the spring! I’m thinking some outdoor sunshine flows at the park may have to happen 🫢👀

hi friends! having spent the past three weeks at the wonderful @greenyogainternational in mallorca I am so excited to be a certified yoga teacher. yoga is such a large part of my life now and I wanted to create a space to be creative, share what I love, and continue to learn on this journey. we are all forever-students! 🧘🏻‍♀️I’m not sure what it will entail but I am excited and if you are interested, whether you are a seasoned yogi or have never tried yoga, all are welcome here🤍 good energy is contagious :)
